PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. PRINT TECH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.

USE OF SITE
You agree to use this site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with your local laws. You agree that you will not use Print Tech to produce products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you incorporate into your products and you confirm that you are the owner of or are authorized to use such content. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print Tech from any and all loss, expense, or damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against Print Tech on grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Print Tech or its suppliers or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site or Print Tech's Êproducts and services.

GOVERNING LAW
Print Tech's Corproate Office is based in Mountainside, NJ. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your use of this site or purchase of Print Tech's products and services shall be instituted in Mountainside, NJ. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Mountainside, NJ courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ART FILES
Print Tech requires that all art files supplied by you for the purpose of producing printed matter adhere to the following formatting standards: All art files must be in a CMYK format before they are submitted. Print Tech is not liable for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. All art files must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) before they are submitted. Print Tech is not liable for degraded print quality resulting from art file elements (artwork, graphic images, photographs etc.) that fail to meet this standard. Additional formatting standards may apply.

ONLINE PROOFING & COLOR MATCHING
Print Tech does not provide nor purport to provide any color matching guarantee as pertains to screen-viewable, electronic (online) proofs approved by Customer and printed matter produced thereafter. Online proofs are provided solely for reviewing positioning, text accuracy, image proportion and placement. Orders that require color matching must include the purchase of a high-resolution paper proof. Unless specified in the order, all charges related to the production and delivery of a high-resolution paper proof are your sole responsibility.

ORDER PROOFING
Prior to print production, you will receive either an electronic or paper proof. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all art file elements including, but not limited to, positioning, text, content information, image proportion and placement as contained within the proof. Print production will proceed only after a proof has been approved by you, either verbally or in writing. You are liable for any and all charges resulting from changes and/or rework. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for mailers. Check with your local Post Office.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order prior to print production. If you cancel your order, you will be responsible for all applicable charges including, but not limited to, charges for graphic design, proofing, custom paper, plating, and administrative fees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your order is unique to you and has no re-sale value. All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order free of charge. No refunds or credits will be issued.

RE-PRINTS
You must notify Print Tech within two (2) business days of order delivery of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement order you must return, at your own expense, the original product. All charges to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are not refundable.

Print Tech's Right to Cancel
Print Tech reserves the right to cancel your order at any time and refund your money. Print Tech will work in good faith to fulfill your order. However, unexpected equipment failure, material shortages, natural disasters, and pricing errors are among the reasons we may not be able to fulfill your order. If we cancel your order you will be notified and the money you paid for the order will be promptly refunded in full.

OVER-RUNS/UNDER-RUNS
Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces free of charge. Occasionally, an order may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if an exact quantity is needed, we suggest that you order 10% over the quantity needed.

CUSTOM PAPER ORDER
If paper is ordered at your request, you assume full responsibility for the repurchase and disposition (including any storage charges) of unused inventory of such paper stock due to your change of specifications, cessation of operation or cancellation of order prior to completion
